Introducing Issue 46 of The NZ Journal of Natural Medicine
For issue 46 of The NZ Journal of Natural Medicine we chose the cover story “Is High Cholesterol Associated with a Longer Lifespan” which examines the role of cholesterol in the body and its health-protective effects.
Cancer and cardiovascular disease have been the leading causes of death for many years in NZ but now heart problems (including heart attacks) in young people are a concerning trend,. Accordingly, this issue features an article on supplements to assist with heart health and it also includes several articles on natural cancer treatment options.
“Long Covid” and other spike protein related illnesses are also currently a problem for a lot of people so issue 46 also includes a spike protein detox article.
Ongoing higher than normal rates of many serious conditions can mean that people who present to A&E departments often face longer than normal waiting times for medical assistance. We have therefore selected two excellent articles on how to use homoeopathic remedies in first aid situations to help assist people who have had an accident or other acute problem.
These and many other articles make this issue a particularly useful and interesting one.
Have a look yourself. You’ll be amazed as we were in compiling this edition for you.
Wishing you the best of health!
– Katherine Smith and Jonathan Eisen, Editors
