Introducing Issue 50 of The NZ Journal of Natural Medicine

For this, the 50th issue of The NZ Journal of Natural Medicine we have a great line up of articles.

This issue has a focus on what you can do to protect yourself and your family from health hazards in the environment including ionising radiation from nuclear accidents – and other types of pollution.  Feature articles include those about the use of iodine, minerals to reduce health risks from radiation as well as how to make your own remedies as a self help measure to deal with unavoidable toxic exposures, such as air pollution.

For people battling ongoing spike protein related illness, we are pleased to include an article by Thomas Levy, MD, JD about innovative ways to treat spike protein toxicity.

Also, in this issue we look at turmeric’s ability to target cancerous cells while sparing healthy ones and our nutritional medicine section includes a personal account of using a vitamin B 1 derivative to treat type 2 diabetes.

Issue 50 also features an article by editor Katherine Smith on the topic of structured water.

Brain health is not forgotten in this issue with the article “Dementia Treatments That Your Doctor May Not Mention” providing an overview of research-based treatments for this condition (as well as links to further information).

If you have been doing more exercise than normal over the holiday period and have a few aches and pains as a result you may be relieved to know that this issue also includes an article on home treatments to ease sore muscles.

Wishing you the best of health!

– Katherine Smith and Jonathan Eisen, Editors
