Introducing Issue 55 of The NZ Journal of Natural Medicine
A lot of people are struggling with high blood pressure these days which is the headline for issue 55 of The NZ Journal of Natural Medicine is “Natural Remedies that Really Work for High Blood Pressure”. If high blood pressure (hypertension) is a problem for you, or someone you know, after reading this comprehensive article you will have a much better understanding of the treatment options available. Issue 55 was published during the winter here in the Southern Hemisphere – a winter in which there was no shortage of viruses circulating – making it a good time to share an article about the health benefits of elderberry, a venerable (and delicious) herbal medicine.
Our recipe for this issue is an easy-to-make immune boosting lemon syrup that can be made when these citrus fruits are plentiful to preserve their goodness for when it’s needed.
